Judging Criteria:

The Grand Award will be presented to the community that earns the highest total score in the 8 required categories plus the Community of the Year Category. If entering more than the required categories, the entry that scores the highest within each group will be used toward the Grand Award calculation.

Submission Requirements:

Completed Community of the Year Grand Award Entry Form (no additional fee for this category). At least one entry in each of the following categories: 1. Best Logo (201-203) 2. Advertising - Print, Digital, Outdoor, Direct Mail or Promotions (210-219) 3. Best Website (220-221) 4. Best Sales Office (222-224) 5. Product Design (301-302) 6. Marketing Strategy (239-242). Plus at least one entry in any two of the following groups: Best Brochure (204-209), Best Interior Merchandising (226-232), Best Landscaping/Outdoor Living Space (233-236) or Best Signage (237-238).
