NJBA Installation Banquet and Legends of Housing presentation
The "must attend" event of the convention was the NJBA’s President's and Legend of Housing Gala which was held at One Atlantic. Participants enjoyed an elegant fun filled evening as they celebrated the end of the Michael Karmatz's tenure as NJBA President and the swearing-in of the 2010-2011 NJBA Officers by State Senator Jeff Van Drew:

Sales & Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet
The 23rd Annual Sales & Marketing Awards program (SAM) kicked-off ABC 2010 at the Borgata. This prestigious awards program recognizes excellence in sales and marketing Home builders, as well as associate members were honored throughout the evening at this black-tie optional event.
Awards were presented in more than 80 categories such as Best Green Construction, Best Kitchen Remodeling, Best Custom Home, Best Logo Design, Best Sales Center, and Best Website, the night culminated into the highest honors, with the Community of the Year Awards. In addition, there were highly coveted individual achievement awards for Marketing Director of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, Sales Person of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Rookie of the year and Project Superintendent of the Year. Congratulations to all the winners who have distinguished themselves as the best in the New Jersey Building Industry. SAM Awards Brunch
Million Dollar Club Members were honored at a brunch where National sales trainer Melinda Brody, MIRM, WOWed the audience as she encouraged attendees to find their inner "Star Power."
